OMAVIA sits over 700 feet above the tree tops featuring sweeping panoramic views of the Nicoya shoreline and surrounding Guanacaste jungle valleys. Our coastal sanctuary is conveniently nestled in between Santa Teresa and Nosara / Samara. Three of our borders are adjacent to 150 acres of preserved rainforest. As well, one of two shoreline views features a 12 mile turtle beach preserve. OMAVIA’s 13 acre home is just a short 20 minute nature walk to the beach. We are 4 hours from San Jose and 2.5 hours away from the closest international airport.
